-14" airfill only gold foil balloons
-The balloons are meant to be hung with double-sided TAPED to surface/wall, shamrock does not have holes to hang with lucky banner
- Balloons are reusable and re-inflatable. They cannot be deflated, but more air can be added.
- Balloons are air inflated only and will not float
- Balloons are self sealing and come with a straw for easy inflation.
Note: balloon ships flat and not inflated. Balloon is air-filled only and will not float with helium. Easy self seal. No heat sealer required. Overfilled Balloons Will Pop. Fill Slowly.
Balloons are not a toy and pose a choking and suffocation hazard to children. Adult supervision required.
